Agit-Prop Art

Pirates Unite!
Anyone want to engage in a little agit-prop art? And then show it to (hopefully) thousands of people?
How To Act In Public In Six Easy Steps
The point of the project is threefold: to get people to connect with strangers, and get the creative juices flowing, and to ambush the minds of innocent bystanders (that's the agit-prop bit). An image of my original concept of the project is here:

...but here are the details
Step 1. Find a stranger and get him/her to tell you a personal story.
Step 2. Make an art piece of any kind about this story.
Step 3. Install it in a public, out of context place
Step 4. Observe the reactions of passers-by,and record them (sketch snap pics, write vignettes, whatever)
Step 5. Make a piece about the reactions you recorded, in any artistic medium.
Step 6. Wash rinse repeat
Works in any artistic medium will be accepted, including visual, photographic, written, music, dance, performance or installation.
I will be looking for:
Current CV and Artist Statement
Slide or jpeg of original piece, public installation , and final piece
This is because I want to submit this work to the Works Festival in Edmonton, (usually in July) and they require all that sort of thing for a curator submission (usually in January) This is a large, very inclusive arts festival, and I’ve done a couple of things with them before – check them out here.
If our proposal is accepted by them, for the actual exhibition I’d need:
Original piece if possible, photographic documentation otherwise
Photographic documentation of public installation
Final piece (film CD, DVD or video if it’s performance-based)
